I bought these wrenches because I do hot tub repairs regularly and need a good wrench to get the PVC pump unions off without tearing them to pieces. I liked the V-shaped design because it grabs the thread so much better than the flat one I was using before. I like the handles because when you are cranking down these don’t tear up your hands.This is turning into a daily use tool for me and I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t used the small rubber fittings on the handles yet, but I think its a good idea to be able not to scratch up finishing fixtures. Plus the two of them were only $24, I would have paid that for each, but don’t tell Crescent ha.
