Excellent dutch oven with the added benefit of enamel that eliminates the raw cast iron care requirements. The enamel does require its own set of care precautions to not discolor or chip it, but it’s easier to handle for the beginner cast iron user. And lastly, I love all things teal so this beautiful color warms my soul as well as my dinner.
