Pops right into a late 2012 iMac 27 and definitely increases the performance. Instantly, it felt like I put an M3 engine in a pinto. Highly recommended.

Upgraded my old 2011 iMac from 16GB to 32GB. I do notice more speed switching from apps and I don’t feel a strain on my computer when running Final Cut Pro X and other Apps at the same time as I did when I was using 16GB.

Whenever I need to upgrade RAM, I simply go to the Crucial site and used their Crucial System Scanner tool to automatically detect what type of RAM I need and how much my computer will accept. Then I come to B&H for great service and prices, get the chips and they work great.

order it to upgrade my old Macbook Pro 13 early 2011 to 16 GB for larger jobs. The memory worked once put it in to replace 8 GB RAM. This is the best price I could find by online search for brand name like Crucial.

The plug and play aspect of the RAM is easy enough for anyone to install on your Mac. I enjoy the increased speed, it really helps with the rendering programs I use as an architect. There really isn’t more to say other than a great product at a great value.

Works in Mid 2011 21.5 iMac, replaced original 2x 2GB SODIMMs. Just be sure to vacuum out dust accumulation when replacing and seat memory in their sockets completely. Got a beeping error at startup. Cleaned memory bay and reseated new memory and system started up fine and recognized new memory.
