Used in a 2014 gen base model Mac Mini. Works great. It’s RAM. What else can you say.

Though not officially supported by Synology, this memory matches the technical requirements of the DS1515+ NAS, which comes with 2GB from the factory, with another empty memory slot. Installation is not difficult, but a flashlight and small mirror will help with replacement of the original memory module, which is accessed from within the (empty) drive bay space. The 2nd memory slot is accessible by merely removing the NAS cover.

This 16 GB of RAM does work correctly in the 2012 MacBook Pro and it is recognized at 1600 MHz. All the functions of the MacBook Pro are working in perfection. With 16GB of RAM multitasking is a breeze. Memory installation is fairly easy. There are several youtube videos which demonstrate RAM installation in MacBook Pro. There are step by step instructions as well on apple’s website. Crucial memory are well respected and have won several awards for quality and reliability. So if you are in market to upgrade the RAM of your MacBook Pro 2012, this memory is highly recommended.

Had a client with a Dell touch screen All in one and the memory from Dell had problems. Dell came out and replaced a bad chip but the computer still had issues. I decided to order Crucial memory on B&H and I got it at a good price, installed it on my client’s computer and all is good now. PS: Crucial website didn’t have it in stock but B&H did. B&H from now on.

Excellent memory that made my iMac turn from an 8 GB to 32 GB in a very easy step for a fraction of the price that Apple would’ve charged

Plug and play. This is how easy it is to upgrade your RAM on a 27 inch Retina iMac. And it costs only a fraction of what Apple charges. Happy with the purchase so far.

It has been about a month now of using this in a late 2012 27 2.9 GHz I5. I’m still much more happy than with the standard 8GB of ram that I had. I use creative cloud and and having a much easier time working between programs and now I don’t feel the need to listen to music on anything other than my mac. Spotify did tend to give me some trouble before with everything else going on but now, it’s just background music.

I recently upgraded my Late 2012 Mac Mini 2.3 GHz 5400 RPM 1TB HDD from 4 GBs of ram memory (which I also purchased during cyber monday 2013 from BHPhoto as well) to maxed out 16gb ram DDR3. Works super fast alongside my Samsung 840 Pro 256gb second boot drive. I do a lot of video editing for my vlogs on youtube, so this 16gb ram DDR3 upgrade is a plus for using with the latest version of Final Cut Pro X. There’s no lag or long wait times for FULL HD video to render. I went with Crucial because they are reliable and it’s the only brand I trust to get he job done. They also have the best customer service out of all the other ram memory manufacturers with fast response times, though I have never had any issues with their ram modules.
