Purchased an ASUS UX32VD-DB71 Zenbook 13.3 Ultrabook Computer which came with 4GB RAM somewhat limiting the laptop’s performance. By adding the 8GB Crucial SODIMM it has increased the performance of the Ultrabook. Been running for 2 weeks with no issues at all. This is the best value upgrade anyone can do!

Bought this to upgrade the memory in a Macbook Pro. It was fairly easy to install and now my MBP has 10GB of memory (2GB from the old pair and 8GB added). Also, replaced the HDD with an SSD at the same time since I was opening up the Macbook.

awesome memory module.

Fantastic service by B&H! Hardest part of the upgrade was taking & refitting the NAS case, else a very simple upgrade. While the default installed memory of 4gb works well enough, this upgrade made transcoded video not just fly but soar. I am yet to fully expore the extent of the expected performance, I will be testing video editing and PLEX TV transcoding on HUGE files this weekend, so this review may be further updated subject these performance tests.

I bought this memory to upgrade my QNAP TS-451 NAS from 1Gb to 8GB and it works perfectly. I had read stories that QNAP only recommends certain brands of memory and this isn ‘t one of them but I have trusted Crucial for many years and their web site listed these sticks as compatible and they certainly are. Very happy with my purchase. My QNA NAS is working great.

Super easy to install in my 27 iMac and works great. Bumped up the original 8GB to 24GB in under 2 minutes. Excellent value!

B&H was out of stock on the Apple approved memory cards. Since I needed to act quickly, they recommended that I buy these lower priced ones…and I’m glad I took their advice! Strongly recommend.

Easy to install

It wasn’t easy to crack the case and put it in, but the computer works much better and faster with more memory. Much cheaper than buying a new laptop!

Plug and play. It can’t get any easier than that!

I purchased this kit the same time I bought a 4gb Ma ini. I never even powered the unit on before installing the RAM kit. As expected, the installation took about 2 minutes (1 of which was getting the swivel locks to close again on the Mini) and the Mini has had no problems with the RAM upgrade. Since I’ve been installing RAM in Macs since the convoluted ‘snip the diode’ Mac 512KE era, this was a no brainer and at an enormous cost savings compared to Apples bloated RAM fees. Crucial RAM tends to be reliable and they do follow through on their warranties from past experience. With newer Macs basically being sealed units, the era of RAM upgrades may be coming to an ends, but as long as I can still do this minor upgrade myself, I shall do so.

I always trust Crucial RAM, it works perfectly as advertised and gave my computer an extra boost. A very noticeable boost certainly !

Installed in less than 5 minutes and has worked without any problem in my late 2013 27 inch IMAC. Very satisfied with the cost and performance of the Crucial memory modules. Have used Crucial before and never had a problem.

NOT sure if this is correct can someone tell me. Installed this 8 added to my 4 for total of 12GB my PC say that: Installed RAM 12.0 GB (11.6 GB usable)??? Thanks you…

Easy to install, see YouTube video. Automatically recognized by Qnap.

The two 8 GB modules arrived quickly and perfectly protected. Apple support has very clear online instructions on how to add them to the iMac. It is extremely easy to do (I had my daughter do it so she would learn how). It took ten minutes. When I powered the iMac back on, the memory was instantly recognized. For the very low cost of the additional 16 GB memory, it’s a must-do upgrade.

Decided to go ahead and upgrade memory after switching to a new 1Tb ssd (also purchased from B&H). I’ve been running it for a couple weeks now and my old mid 2012 MacBook Pro is running like its brand new if not better. Have had no issues. Quick and straight forward install. Would purchase again for other machine.

I bought this 8GB memory kit to upgrade my NAS server QNAP TS-251 which originally had 1 GB module. The memory kit(2x4GB modules) has been working great with my QNAP. No compatibility issue.
