These were absolutely guaranteed by Crucial to be the correct RAM to upgrade my computer with. In the past month both my disk & RAM usage have on a handful of occasions shot up to 97-100% utilization, making my computer completely unresponsive!! I’ve run several repeated hardware diagnostic tests that have turned up nothing wrong. Otherwise, I love running at 27-30% RAM usage as opposed to 65-70%, as I was before! So, I’m holding up hope!

What more do you want from memory? It arrived quickly, installed easily and benchmarking shows it is good memory. Came in a gigantic box though. I was wondering what else I had ordered from BH and then found these little cards inside a box that could have held a mini desktop!

After two weeks the RAM seems to be very stable. That was my major concern as I have tested other sticks that constantly would crash my QNAP TVS-472XT. This RAM is very snappy and has changed the entire feel of the web interface. You definitely don’t need to pay the 400 dollars QNAP is charging (which we all know is INSANE).

My laptop was originally equipped with 8GB of 2666MHz RAM, but since I use it for mostly photo and some video I figured why not max out the RAM. I’m glad I did!!! I installed 2 of these 16GB from crucial and immediately noticed a difference in loading speed for both photo and video. Even the RAW files load much quicker. My system had no issues of any kind with recognizing the Crucial module and shows a total of 31.8 GB available out of 32GB.
