with these ram modules in place, my computer boots and is ready for work before the monitor has powered up completely. Very fast! And, the computer runs cool all day long with the benefit of this extra-quick memory.

I am a fan of over-doing it with computers because you never know what you might need in the future. So we added ram even tho it might be more than we need but it makes everything worry-free.

So far so good. Macbook recognizes both 8GB chips I put in it for a total of 16GB.

These Crucial memory modules were perfect for swapping out the shipped 2Gb of my WD My Cloud PR4100 Pro NAS. Basic installed memory were okay but this upgrade sure put the zip into almost all operations including transcoding on the fly for the installed Plex Media Server app. A worthwhile investment imho.

Had to wait a couple of weeks because it was on back order, but on e it arrived, I popped open my Mac mini, popped out the stock 4GB of RAM, popped this RAM in, and in 5 minutes, I had quadrupled my RAM! It’s made a noticeable difference!

Hi bought this memory to update my PC from the factory shipped 6 GB to 16 GB. Installation was completed in only a few minutes without any problems.

I used this to bump up the memory in a newly purchased iMac – it was easy to install and I’m very pleased with the performance.
Boyd Bartell (verified owner) –
Significant performance improvement and its mac compatible. But don’t think its going to change your boot time…
Buck Leannon (verified owner) –
Seems great. I watched a how to on youtube, and they went right in my Imac 27 late 2013.

I finally purchased and upgraded RAM in my late 2012 iMac. Why in the world did I wait so long? It couldn’t be easier to install, took me all of 7 minutes start to finish, although I was being cautious. Once installed, my machine runs faster, calling up applications faster and reboots like a breeze. Now, when using Lightroom and other applications simultaneously, there is little hesitation.
