This RAM crashed my computer. I believe it is faulty RAM. I sent an email asking to return it for a replacement or refund. The only reply I received was that the company was on vacation and would get back to me at some point. That’s the last I heard since receiving an email to rate the product. So, until this issue is resolved, I’d rate this product and service as extremely poor.

I have purchased this memory upgrade for my Ma ini Mid 2011 model that came with only 2GB and was very slow. Installation of this memory upgrade was a breeze (just make sure you firmly insert the modules into the slot) and the new memories are automatically detected by OSX. The performance improvement is impressive! It’s like I have a brand new machine. I highly recommend it
