I use this RAM in my Ma ini and notice increased speeds when editing and exporting videos. i always buy name brand Memory from a brand that has been known for delivering a quality product. B&H does a great job of packing electronics and memory so your product works when you get it.

Some people may or may not know, but MAC’s use X86 platform with standard Intel chipsets, meaning they are basically PC’s… any how, this worked great on my workstation, works as expected, no complaints.

Decided to go ahead and upgrade memory after switching to a new 1Tb ssd (also purchased from B&H). I’ve been running it for a couple weeks now and my old mid 2012 MacBook Pro is running like its brand new if not better. Have had no issues. Quick and straight forward install. Would purchase again for other machine.

We use this memory in Mac Minis to upgrade to maximum allowable RAM for a music recording service. It’s very reasonably priced, and the Crucial brand has never failed us (knock on wood). It can be slightly tricky to get out of the packaging and install. I always feel like I’m going to break it! Having said that, I’m 100% in dozens of tries!

I am a fan of over-doing it with computers because you never know what you might need in the future. So we added ram even tho it might be more than we need but it makes everything worry-free.

Work great! compatible with Mac mini late 2013

So far so good. I wish I would have known about this sooner but i am satisfied none the less.

Great hardware. Drastically increased my Mac’s power.

A lot of folks don’t understand the differences between DDR3 and DDR3L. You can put DDR3L in place of DDR3 but not vice versa. If the Motherboard can do it, it uses less power at a lower voltage. I build and repair lots of older style PCs and custom units. This Crucial RAM is excellent, it is highly reliable and B&H sell it at a very competitive price.

Bought two 8 Gb to add to existing 8 Gb in new iMac 27″ with retina display. Installation was easy. RAM arrived a day before the computer so it was installed before the computer was fired up for the first time. No problems on booting. About This Macintosh showed 24 Gb of RAM. It allows me to run Adobe Premiere CC and After Effects CC without going out to lunch while it renders as with my previous (2009) iMac.

I installed 32 GB of ram into my 27 3.4GHz Core i7 iMac upon delivery. I did not use the iMac with the stock 8GB of ram but I like my computer to be able to handle watching video, editing pictures and video and just to surf on. 32 GB may be overkill but I figure this iMac will last me a very long time. Thanks for the package B&H.

I upgraded two Dell Latitude e5450 laptops from 8GB to 16GB of onboard RAM each. Both laptops (Win10) immediately recognized the memory change during first boot. Confirmation in the BIOS of Dual-Channel mode, a reboot, and things are working great. Quality RAM at a good price. Thanks!

Works like it should. No issues with installation or being recognized by the iMac i put it in.

Easy to install and presumably as good as more expensive Apple RAM.

I bought this memory to upgrade my QNAP TS-451 NAS from 1Gb to 8GB and it works perfectly. I had read stories that QNAP only recommends certain brands of memory and this isn ‘t one of them but I have trusted Crucial for many years and their web site listed these sticks as compatible and they certainly are. Very happy with my purchase. My QNA NAS is working great.
