Despite warnings by Crucial against using this particular memory in the new 27 iMac, it works great. Installation is a breeze.

Increased ram from 8 to 20 gigs. My laptop has one slot open with the other 4 gigs soldered in. Adding 16 gig gave me a total of 20 gigs. It speeded up my astrophoto processing considerably. A cheap upgrade to improve performance. Well worth it. I’ve never had a problem with Crucial memory modules.

Easy install, a perfect fit, and a nice little boost where I needed it. My Dell XPS15 picked it up without any hiccups or additional steps required.
