Compatible with 7-13″ tablets, including the iPad Pro, iPad mini, iPad Air, and Surface Pro 4, the Compact Gooseneck Floor Stand from CTA Digital helps create a mobile and adjustable workstation for your compatible tablet. This stand features a flexible and powerful 12″ gooseneck that adjusts to virtually any position, as well as a tilting headpiece with 360° rotation for landscape and portrait viewing. Using the stand’s 22-38″ height-adjustable telescoping pole and attachable storage cradle, your tablet can be further customized to accommodate an external battery pack or a stack of business cards. Using the four included swivel casters, which attach to the stand base, the stand can be given mobility for use in your office, living room, classroom, or retail space. The swivel casters may also be removed, which allows the stand’s base to rest directly on the ground. The included tablet holder slides open and can be quickly adjusted to secure your compatible tablet by its corners, ensuring that its ports and buttons are fully accessible.
This mount is designed to hold 7-13″ tablets such as the Apple iPad 10.2″ Gen 7, iPad Air 3, iPad mini 5, iPad Pro 9.7″, 2018 iPad Gen 6, 2017 iPad Gen 5, iPad Pro 10.5″, iPad Pro 12.9″, iPad mini, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, Microsoft Surface Pro 4, and more.

Can’t completely assemble because one of the screw nut covers has no threads on it and no extra parts were included. May I get another please so I can put it together?

Easily assembled, this floor stand is far sturdier than some of the competition. The locking casters on the heavy base make for easy movement and stable parking. The height adjustment mechanism on the wide post works smoothly and doesn’t require fiddling with screws or wing nuts. Spring-loaded mounts hold my iPad Pro firmly without obscuring screen or controls. The gooseneck connecting hardware is made of metal (the mount is mostly plastic), and not likely to wear and become too loose (time will tell), but appears to allow tightening if needed. I only have two minor issues: It’s fine for seated reading, but I wish the gooseneck was 4-6 longer so that I could keep the stand farther to my side. As for the base, I doubt it could be smaller and still be as sturdy, but it is a bit large for convenient placement.

Works fine on my regular size iPad Pro.

I purchased this as a gift for my mother. It works well. Holds her iPad in place and allows her to position it as needed. The only issue is that the wing nut that tightens the gooseneck to the extended base is not easy to operate for someone with dexterity concerns. Perhaps having a rubber cover on the wings would assist with this. Also, the holder for a battery sits at the junction of the gooseneck and the extended base pole making it more difficult to tighten the wing nut. Otherwise, mobility and positioning are good making the stand generally as expected.

I think it could have been packed better as the black riser arrived slightly dented. Regardless it does the job as advertised, nothing fancy. The part that holds the iPad is plastic but appears to be very durable and should last years.

I was pleased to find the stand very sturdy, and it works as promised–and fortunately wasn’t difficult to assemble. The base is heavy, and the gooseneck strong enough to easily hold the weight of my iPad. It’s easy to maneuver into place, and the wheel locks ensure it stays there. More expensive than the cheapest stands, but quite a bit less than the next level, it appears to be well up to its task.

Great product, the instructions could have been more clear, but it works perfectly

I see patients by telehealth who are currently in the hospital. This sleek but sturdy stand on wheels is fantastic. The patient doesn’t have to awkwardly hold the IPad and it easily rolls from room to room. I drilled a hole in the crossbar at the base so I could loop a locking cable to attach to the back of my iPad. I used a Maclock cable/lock. Perfect!!
