I have had this grill for several months and use it often on my natural gas cooktop. It heats evenly and is easy to clean. Follow instructions and do not heat it beyond medium. One drawback is that The griddle is prone to wandering when you move or turn food on the surface. It’s flat bottom does not stay put on my flat cooktop iron cooking grates.

Very much like the large size, sturdiness, and ability to put in the oven. Also like the gutter along the edge to collect grease etc. However, as others have noted, the pan either comes or heat warps to be slightly concaved, so liquid drains to the gutters – good in most cases unless you are cooking a liquidity substance that needs to stay in the middle of the pan, like eggs.
