Best griddle I have ever used. It is not a solid cast iron griddle which is too heavy to pick up frequently and will rust even in high humidity! This griddle does none of that. Things cook on this griddle cook perfectly,it is easy to wash and I have no dread when I go to use it. It cooks bacon like a dream: straight crispy pieces for a PERFECT BLT. ❤️ My griddle!
