   I love my new Lasagna Pan! I’m very impressed that it is a very heavy stainless steel pan. With deep sides it’s the perfect size pan for my homemade lasagna! I love it!

   My main reason for buying this pan was for roasting meats and poultry in my new European Convection oven. I have several friends who have convection ovens, but say the never use the convection setting. I was determined to learn how to use it, and have been very happy with the results of both convection bake and convection roast settings. This pan is perfect for a large roast, ham, or whole chickens. It is big enough for two roasting chickens. The handles are a great feature. Cleans up great with Bar Keepers Friend.Regarding lasagna – this is the first deep lasagna pan I have owned. It really does hold a whole box of noodles and all the other ingredients without spilling over, and bakes the entire lasagna very evenly. I know I’ll be making lasagna more often now. One caution – I have seen reviews on other websites about the handle rivets corroding, so I will not prepare lasagna a day ahead in this pan, even thought it is guaranteed, due to the high acid content of tomato sauce.

   Wry nice pan. It’s a good weight and I loved the handles; made it much easier to get out of the oven. I made lasagna and figured I’d have a tough clean up but it cleaned very easily,

   Hands down the best stainless steel product around. My fiancé and I use this Roasting rack once to twice a week and I was SURE it would be ruined after a month. NOT AT ALL! It’s fabulous, it’s just a shiny and perfect as the day we bought it. I am extremely impressed and we love love love Cuisinarts products.

    I bought this Pan over a month ago, it was to cook a pork shoulder, I love it, because it is sturdy, and I can use it to cook lasagna also, so I don’t have to use to pans, it is perfect. I also love the rack, I was actually looking for cooking rack when I stumble upon this combo pan and rack.

    Wow, I should have bought this years ago. I’d been using a coated pan that slowly looked worse and worse as the nonstick coating wore off. This pan feels like quality and looks great! I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

    It is a well-made, attractive pan. It comes in handy for roasts and chicken without being too bulky. Personally, I would have liked it to be about an 1/2-inch to 1-inch deeper for lasagna. I like to make a thick lasagna. The cooking interior is 14″ x 10″ x 2 1.2″ deep. The pan I had that this replaced was 15 x 11 x 3 and that was perfect size. So, other than my lasagna, it is great for all other purposes, and the construction is much better than the pan it replaced which chipped, dented and burned. Also, cleans easily and has metal rack. For oven dimension the full size, including handles, is 17 3/4″ x 10 1/2″ x 2 3/4″
