I use the pan to cook a turkey and it was great , the only problem was that I saw small water stains. I put water on the pan before putting it in the oven but still got some water stains. But other than that the pan is sturdy and it cooked the turkey perfectly.

For the price this is a good pan. It is not level so liquid flows to out side and has a tendency to brown there first. One must be careful or it burns
