Bought this awhile back and have been using it daily. I found it of quality material. It was hefty and solid feeling. I clean it after each use. I usually spray it with hot water after each use and it has maintained that shiny look like brand new. Sometimes I wipe it with soapy dishrag and that usually suffices.

I love this pot, no need for a measuring cup since insides has markings, but the lid is not as tight as I think it should be the box is marked tight seal.. not a tight seal, other than that the pot is the right size for me.

I had the one quart of this Cuisinart pot, and loved it so much that I bought the 3 quart, which I love just as much. I have very good cookware, but it’s getting lonely as I find myself reaching for these two Cuisinart pots rather than my other set. You’ll love it! And the see through lid is great. Only negative is needing potholders for the lid and the handle. I like my insulated handled pots, but if these were insulated, they could not go into the oven if needed. That’s a great feature too.

I’ve used this saucepan quite a few times and love that you can pour liquid, while using the lid strainer, to stop food from pouring out. Cooking pasta is so much easier and you don’t need a colander! It is a little heavy for a small person, when it is full, to pour out liquid, but otherwise is pretty much perfect!

It is the prefect size to cook both pasta and vegetables. The holes in the lid along with spout make straining a breeze. It’s the perfect addition to my saucepans.

I just want to note that the product I received is different from what was advertised. In the product listing, the product image clearly shows/showed a stainless steel lid, however the product I received includes a glass, not stainless, lid. As well, the pot I received has a pouring spout which again does not match the product image I saw. While these modifications may be considered trivial or even “improvements” to some, for me I was unhappy to receive a product different than was pictured and different from what I specifically wanted. I called customer support to see if they maybe shipped me the wrong item or rather (as I suspect) they “updated” the physical product but without updating the web listing (i.e. order page). She offered to let me return the product for an exchange, but I didn’t want to go through the hassle. I’m satisfied from the customer service response and I understand how this can happen, but I wanted to give the feedback that the product I received is different than was pictured. (The product I received says Cuisinart Model # 719-18P).
