This pan was not what I expected when I took it out of the box. Very thin metal. It cooks ok. I am using it on a gas stove so the heating is kinda uneven. For the price I paid I give it 3 stars.

This is a wonderful pan. I’ve had one just like it for about 8 years, but, I am taking care of my sister after breaking her leg so I bought on for her house. It cleans up beautifully, just put a little water in a few minutes I can wipe it out with a sponge. The handles stay cool making it easy to carry from the stove to the table. I will admit when I got my pan I was a bit frustrated in how things would stick, then I found the trick online which is always heat your pan first. So to make scrambled eggs, put the skillet on a medium heat or slightly lower. Let the pan heat till you can feel it is hot, then add your butter. Make sure it is warm, then pour in the eggs.

Very high quality pan. The bottom is perfectly flat and has stayed that way through several heat cycles. Works great on the Induction cook top. Easy to clean too. Bought this to use in our RV but it has become a favorite in the house too. May have to order another one.
