Amazingly easy and cooks perfecr every time. The juiciest chicken breats and crispiesr fries in no time. I suggest puting tin foil on top of the pan and under the basket so you dont stain the bottom with crusty grease. I thought thus would be smethung id throw in the cupboard like my instant pot but i love it
