The directions that came with the air fryer are not especially helpful. My first experiences have been mixed. Following the directions for frozen fries left me with a tray of blackened sticks. I’m not sure an air fryer is a very helpful appliance.

I received this item as a Christmas gift. I have used it almost daily since. The oven produces very good results as far as preparation of food is concerned. I only have one suggestion. Some sort of tool or accessory should be provided to make removing the basket from the oven to “shake or stir” the item being prepared. I’m using a pair of tongs to do this, it’s a little frustrating and inconvenient but it works.

Needs digital thermostat and timer or at least something more precise than the dials on this product. You have no idea the exact temperature nor the exact cook time since the dials have very little calibration. Ovens great, controls bad.

Apparently you are not to put in dishwasher…what? That’s just not right!Be sure to have your tongs ready to pull out the tray/basket or you’ll get burned! I also wish the timer would stop if/when the door is opened to shake/flip/reposition what’s insideBut it does what it needs to do!!

The air fryer does make foods crispy without oil and I love french bread pizzas and fish sticks in the air fryer. The down side is that it is only 1 level, it would be helpful if there were 2 rows of baskets so more could be cooked at a time. Ideal for 1 or 2 people.

My wife and I love this device; at one point I thought it had an issue so I called there support line, and they were able to resolve the issue very quickly (turns out the outlet was faulty). Anyway, their customer support was excellent. The only thing that would make this feel a little more premium, would be if it had metal knobs. I would buy this brand again.
