I upgraded to this fryer from a Frydaddy. I have only used this once so far but It seems very nice and I think I will like it. It is a nice size. It holds a good amount of food in the fry basket. We made homemade chicken nuggets and french fries. For my family of three it took two batches of chicken and two batches of fries to cook all that we needed. I may have been able to do more at a time but was afraid to overfill it on the first use. I like the built in timer and the fact that you can control the temperature. The included booklet is helpful to determine cooking times and temperatures. The green light comes on when it’s at the right temperature. It’s small enough to fit nicely on a corner of your countertop when not in use. I like that all the pieces separate for easy cleaning. The handle on the fry basket can easily be removed and placed inside the fryer for more compact storage. It does take a good amount of oil but it can be used several times as long as the oil is strained and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I look forward to cooking different things in this in the future.

The interior size is great for plenty of room for even cooking. The timer is really convenient and thermometer holds a true temp. Additionally I love the ability to toss much of it in the dishwasher as washing off grease is a struggle.

I bought this fryer a little over a month ago. It is wonderful. I have never found a fryer like it. Everything frys perfect. I am disappointed that the back medal part of the fryer, exposed the color red. That is the only downside I have found. It is easy to clean and oil never splashes on it.
