I love this coffee maker and brewer. Coffe in the morning: check. A beverage later: awesome. I was worried it would take a while to warm up water in the reservoir for tea, but this has not been an issue. Time to heat is comparable to the Keurig I was using.

We got our first one about six years ago. We’ve really enjoyed this machine. It’s a good coffee maker and also a hot water dispenser. I take off one star because it only lasted six years. Maybe that’s as much as we can expect these days. Customer service was excellent in trying to diagnose the problem. It seems a circuit board was the culprit. We liked this machine so much that we bought another one.

Makes great coffee, but I didn’t realize how much I would like and use the hot water dispenser. It heats very quickly so there is hot water pretty much on demand. I still have an electric kettle for when I want to make a whole pot of tea, but for a cup or two, this is great.

The coffee maker works great and we really like the hot water feature. The reason for 4 stars is because the corner was broken off the machine when we took it out of the box. Just a plastic cosmetic deal, doesn’t affect the operation at all.

I find that the unit is cumbersome to fill with water on the coffee side since the inlet is so small. I don’t like that the lid on the carafe isn’t hinged so I have to remove it to fill or clean. So far, when using the hot water dispenser, the water tastes like plastic so it doesn’t make a good cup of tea. I do like that I can program the burner to turn off instead of having a set amount of time before it turns off. The lights are VERY bright.

Honestly not as well engineered as the competitors model I replaced. My biggest (only) problem with it is filling the well with water. The non-removable very small fill target is difficult to hit with fresh water. Not a big deal, just less than used to. Beyond that it makes coffee.

I LOVE this machine! I am a coffee and tea drinker so it is the perfect blend for both. I love that I can keep filling the hot water side and have it ready for tea or oatmeal fast. Tastes way better than the microwave. The coffee side is programmable which is a must and works great. Only complaint would be the coffee filter is a little smaller than I’m used to, and the hole for pouring into the resovoir could be bigger (that would be reaching for a complaint). Worth every penny!

This unit makes an honest cup of coffee. The dispenser nozzle disperses hot water all over the grounds, not just the center. The amount of water placed in the tank is the amount that comes out. e.i. six cups in, six cups out. The single-cup hot water dispenser is great and convenient for a cup of tea or hot cocoa. Overall, an easy and reliable piece of equipment.

It does what it needs to do. Bought this to replace my Cuisinart k-pod machine because I wanted to brew more coffee at one time. I’d have given it 5 stars but the water reservoir is not easy to pour water in. My previous machine had a clear reservoir for both coffee and hot water, wish this one had the same feature. Besides that, it works great.
