This is our third Cuisinart coffeemaker (same model). It is reliable and certainly fulfills our needs. One minor issue is that when pouring the initial cup the lid tends to leak some coffee, but we have learned how to deal with that.

our old unit quit on us and because of the pandemic, orders were backed up for this model. They replaced it free of charge but we had to wait a few weeks. In the meantime we purchased an inexpensive competitor model to tide us over until the new unit arrived. We were so happy when it did, because the same brand of coffee we were brewing in the competitor model did not come anywhere near matching the quality. We even went so far as to us bottled spring water to try to make the coffee better to no avail. With tap water, our new Cuisinart model produced fare superior coffee every day since. We highly recommend this coffee maker to anyone.

Its a great machine with two flaws.1) coffee pot lid is a snap on instead of being hinged2) If it is set to automatic and you need to turn it back on you have to turn the switch from auto to on. If you forget that night when making coffee and hit on it will start up.

I enjoy the coffee maker and hot cocoa for the other family members. This works very good in the following ways: a) it is easy to setup b) like the water filters to make sure your water is pure (make sure to log when its time to replace the filter) c) nice size carafe, d) the controller are very simple and easy to understand.Overall this a good purchase and replacement of my last coffee maker of 7 years.

This is actually my second coffee maker. The first one is still working fine but after 9 years of using it daily it was showing age, however, after looking at other coffee makers I came back to this one. It still brews the fastest with the best flavor. I also love the ability to make it a 4 hour shut-off rather than the other’s with 2 hours only. My husband and I work such different hours that 2 hour shut-off would cause one of us to drink cold coffee not to mention sleeping in on a weekend for an extra hour gave me/us one hour to drink the pot! Cuisinart appliances are the best in durability, appearance and quality.

Great coffee brewer but it’s a little difficult to pour the water into the reservoir on the coffee side. The filter tray is not removable which leaves a very narrow opening for adding water.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. Although I can’t attest to how long it will last, as I have only had it for a few months, it appears to be well made. I actually like that the indicator lights are blue. I dislike the color red so I am thrilled. This coffee maker has two functions. One function is to make coffee. One function, which I REALLY appreciate and use each night, is the instant hot water feature. To the right side is a place to pour water in so you can make instant coffee, hot chocolate or tea…whatever you like. Two thumbs up!!!!

Hard to fill with water unless you have nothing above it. We have ours under kitchen cabinets and it is a little tricky to fill. The fill hole area for the carafe is a bit small. Besides that a great product and we love the within a couple minutes hot water option.

I love the actual coffee pot but the clean feature isn’t very good. I’ve had my pot for 2 months and every other week the clean light is telling me it needs cleaning. It’s way too frequent for a coffee pot. I’ve followed the cleaning directions exactly but the light still comes on two weeks later.

The first one I owned developed rust on the metal under the bottom which stained my countertop. Turned out to be a leak. It was beyond the warranty and the mfg. would not replace it. I ordered a new one. This one arrived with a much bigger leak. The water ran out the back/bottom as I soon as I poured water it in. It was returned and so far so good with the new one. I really like the hot water full pot combo. One last tip, don’t leave the carafe warmer on High. It will melt the surrounding plastic over time.

This is the second Coffee Plus that we have had. The first one lasted 7 years and was still working great but the hot plate rusted. I hope this one lasts as long. This machine is great for our whole household. We can have coffee and use the hot water to make tea or instant hot cereal or soup at the same time.

The plastic lid scratches really easy, first time I used it and wiped it clean there were scratches from the cloth I used and the lip is too thick because there is always a little left in the pot. I just think it was poorly made.
