I like everything about this coffeemaker. The only thing I don’t care for is that after about an hour, the coffee is not as hot as I would like it to be like when it first finishes brewing. Otherwise, a great coffeemaker and the side hot water feature makes heating up hot water for tea or cocoa works great!

I have always loved Cuisinart products. This is no exception. The only thing I would change is the way you put water in the maker. You have to use a funnel to keep the water from going into places you don’t want it. Other than that, everything works beautifully!

Great coffeemaker. I love using the auto setting. I can’t figure out why it makes louder noises at times but more often than not it’s a typical coffeemaker sound. The pour is much to be desired because of the container and design. You have to turn the pot completely upside down towards the end and play with it to get the last half cup out. I accidentally dropped the lid and a chunk broke off but it’s still functional. Tried to find a replacement but unsuccessful. My wife enjoys the hot water feature for her tea and it eliminated the justification for a 5-gallon filtered water dispenser (w/hot water feature) that we had in our last home. Now we have 1-gallon sized water delivered which takes up less space. I would have given it 5-stars if it weren’t for the pot design which makes pouring a bit frustrating.

Work great. Only issue is that the front control panel get steamed up.. Need to pre- heat the canister to keep the coffee hotter for a longer time….

This is a wonderful product, we love being able to have a pot of coffee and hot water for tea at the same time. Our issue with this or most coffee makers is the top fill as we have cabinets over our counter tops with outlets so we are moving the device to fill the water and coffee and then moving back and then moving again to clean the coffee grounds. If we did not have to move the device it would be the best appliance in the kitchen.

Love the coffee maker but I wish there was a way to turn off the loud beeping when the coffee is done brewing. I would be nice to have the coffee ready without waking up the whole house. Also, the carafe is a little awkward, we can’t seem to pour from it without some dribbling down the side, it was never a problem with other coffee pots.

The coffee maker is great, easy to operate. The coffee does not stay hot. After the coffee brew, the pot shuts off and the coffee get cold fast. I changed coffee maker, because the other one didn’t get hot. The same brand.

We love this product. The metal carafe is the best feature. No burner to keep heating the coffee and the coffeemaker is on for less time. It only needs to be on while brewing. Great!! BUT we also loved our last Cuisinart which totally broke down after 2 yrs and 2 months. It should have lasted much longer. I have never had a coffeemaker last less than 10 years. With heavy daily use (like ours) I still expect it to last 5 years. So we will see how this second unit does over time.

I’ve had this coffee maker for six months now. It’s dependable, it’s fast both inbrewing coffee and in heating water, it doesn’t leak (a big problem I’ve had with other coffee makers), and it’s sturdy (feels solid…not light/flimsy). As for the water-heating feature, I thought it would come in “handy”, but in fact I use it every night. I’m now totally addicted to its convenience. The one negative issue I had with the machine was pouring water into the wells (there is one for coffee and one for just hot water) without slopping it everywhere. It was difficult, if not impossible, to do it with the coffee carafe. I happen to have a pitcher that aims the water perfectly and I now keep it by the machine. I consider it a minor problem compared to the machine’s positive features and great performance.

We have had several Cuisinart coffee makers but I think this one is the best so far. I really like the thermos that keeps the coffee fresh and hot. Really like the hot water heater that warms up quickly for whatever you need hot water for i. e. Hot tea or oatmeal, etc.
