Our primary use of a blender is the making of fruit smoothies from frozen fruit. This unit has a problem with the flow of material at the blades. Must start with liquid and add solids slowly in order to keep the mixture moving.

This is the absolute best. I purchased for use blending powder protein shakes and it works great using the travel mug. Also love the small size regular blender jar which is perfect for a 1 person household. Clean up is a breeze and it will blend my shakes with ice cubes perfectly with no leftover ice chucks when I use the high speed. Would buy again and highly recommend. Its a Cuisinart….should I say anything else.

Good small blender. I like that I can use it for individual smoothies and small pitchers of liquids. It is not good for anyone looking to blend large amounts at once. Only disappointing thing is that part of the lid of one of the cups was broken when I received it.

I had 2 of the Cuisinart 300 blender/smoothie maker. I liked them, they did the job. But this one has more power, is very easy to use, & once you get used to the opposite way of putting the blades on, it’s no big deal. It’s not that much bigger than my old one. I keep it in the cabinet, but it has a nice look & doesn’t take up much space if you wanted to leave it on the counter. I really like the fact that you place the container into the base & turn the container to lock it in place. And I love the smoothie reusable straws & the double wall travel cup. I only wish I could buy extras of the travel cups.
