I have only cooked three times with my pressure cooker that I cannot wait to get into more recipes. The food is absolutely delicious! My third attempt was creating country style pork chops smothered in BBQ sauce, pull apart, moist and tender. My second attempt was my perfect hard boiled eggs that even impressed my doubting wife! Only problem was that I was so excited making them I used all the eggs! Finally, my original attempt was cooking frozen hamburger transform it into a delicious sloppy joe mix. I hope I can find more recipes,

I really appreciate the fast results from this Cuisinart pressure cooker. I have used it several times since I got it, and everything has been delicious. The instructions are a bit lacking in detail; it took me a bit of time to figure out that when you set the time and start it, it takes some time before it starts to count down, because it has to build heat and pressure. Otherwise, it’s great!
