I got this as a Christmas gift and I was a bit intimidated to try it. First thing I tried was rice and it was very cool, tasted great, quick and very easy clean up. Then I stepped it up and made Mongolian Beef – YUM! Very easy to use and it was all in one pot, browned and then cooked up in no time. The booklet instructions are a little confusing but I figured it out after I started with rice (can’t ruin or destroy rice). I am trying to find accessories such as steamer basket and looking to get a recipe book for Pressure Cookers. I attached pics of the rice and Mongolian Beef

I bought this unit a while back because I really didn’t like my aluminum stove top one. It was old and aluminum and was afraid of it blowing up. This one, you set it and wait till it’s done. No worries. Just follow directions and you’re good to go.

This electric pressure cooker was a much thought out buy. And i am glad to share, i have no regrets. Its freed up my time . The noise level , compared to my old stove top pressure cooker is barely audible. It doesnt need much liquid as the stovetop, to cook at high pressure. Compared, it does take longer to cook bone stew, but i dont have to babysit! Quality wise,its good, only wish there was an extra pressure ring. I am happy with my new cooker.
