I love using this pressure cooker. I bought it after owning the 6 qt model for a while and wanting one just a bit bigger. I love the design, the non-stick pan, and the way the gasket is on a removable disc in the lid. It makes it so much easier to remove and install the gasket as well as cleaning the lid versus other brands where you have to work the gasket into permanently attached clips in the lid. The only thing I would change is that I wish the cooking pot had a flat bottom instead of being slightly domed. The domed bottom causes oils etc to collect in a ring around the bottom of the pan instead of evenly across the cooking surface when sauteeing or browning. Other than that I love it!

I love this and all of the cuisinart products that I have purchase. It lives up to its name. It’s been helpful, handy and is more than I expected. I don’t like to do surveys and I never give a 5 star rating but this product definitely deserve it,
