Light weight, wide slots for bagels and easy to maintain. I like the fact that there are 2 dials on each side which control the likeliness of the toast and/or bagel.

My husband and I have used this toaster two dozen times or so.It works very nicely and has a button to release the item is you’d like it before the setting sends it up. It’s easy to clean and has two sliding-drawers at the bottom rear to assist in cleaning. I would buy again.

I like the toaster. The only thing I would like to see is click points on the toast darkness instead of just a variable scale. Now whenever I just accidently touch the knob the setting in changed. If had click stops I believe that would prevent this from happening.

There seems to be no difference between lowest setting and highest setting; toast doesn’t get any darker even if you set it to #7 setting.

Works very well. Purchased this one to replace my 10 year old black model, which finally had enough. Considering we are a big family that constantly uses the toaster, the fact that my old one lasted 10 years made me feel confident in purchasing it again. I was pleased to find it in white to better suits my kitchen. We have already been using it for nearly a month and it is toasting perfectly. I highly recommend this toaster.
