We have 2 of these because the first one was great. It’s a toaster that toasts toast as any good daily battle toaster should toast toast. Put the bread in and it toasts it and keeps making toast regardless of how hot the toaster gets. It doesn’t act strange have to change settings after consistent uses. There’s no need to grab it by the cord and throw it outside in the snow to keep the house from burning down. I won’t be late for work today.

The knob to adjust light to dark is very loose and I am very upset with it. Not sure if it is working, is it? If not please send me a new toaster. I have been eating a lot of Bagels and toasted bread, still not sure if its correct. Toast comes out dark and doughy inside, if I set it over 2 1/2 everything is burnt. Help Please.

It toasts ok.. sometimes waffles come out more “toasted” than other times with the same setting. Also, my waffle tends to pop completely out of the toaster

Toaster works fine. What I don’t understand is why the power cord comes out from the bottom front than from the bottom back. Inconvenient. We don’t keep it on the counter; so everytime we take it out we have to reset the darkness knob because it is loose and does not maintain the setting.

The toaster works great on bread, bagels and English muffins. The only issue that I have with it is how extremely stiff the power cord is. I’m afraid that if I try to straighten it out it will break.

It’s ability to toast is fine, but the knob controlling the level of toastiness needs more tension. Never know if it is going to be on 1 or 10 when it comes out of the cabinet.

I have to turn the setting up to seven I think it is, in order to get medium brown toast. I don’t see a difference between the bagel setting or any other setting.
