Initially I would have given this a three star as the lever to drop the Bread down continued to fail to engage when I would depress it. Over the past few weeks it seems to have corrected it self and now this is a non-issue. It will evenly toast one or two slices. I like it and I’m happy with my choice.

Very even toasting and the reheat function is a new and nice addition for me. Easy to drop the bread down with the easy to push handle. Toasted muffins pop up high enough to almost land outside the toaster so I play a game of trying to catch them mid-flight. Overall a great appliance for the price.

It’s ability to toast is fine, but the knob controlling the level of toastiness needs more tension. Never know if it is going to be on 1 or 10 when it comes out of the cabinet.

This is a good, simple toaster. It is attractive in black stainless steel. I don’t see fingerprints on it. It does the job for us which is toasting bread products which it does well on a daily basis. It is a replacement for the same model which lasted about 4-5 years of daily use so I expect to get the same. You can clean it best by shaking it out upside down over the trash. The cord is a bit of a PIA the way it wraps around the base. That is my only complaint. Wait for it to go only sale.

We have 2 of these because the first one was great. It’s a toaster that toasts toast as any good daily battle toaster should toast toast. Put the bread in and it toasts it and keeps making toast regardless of how hot the toaster gets. It doesn’t act strange have to change settings after consistent uses. There’s no need to grab it by the cord and throw it outside in the snow to keep the house from burning down. I won’t be late for work today.

It’s a toaster; it toasts bread as expected, even toasting, no frills. The buttons are a bit misleading, as they don’t really alter the functionality of the toaster. They simply add additional time to your preset dial settings to accommodate for the item selected. If your looking for a bagel toaster… this is not it. The bagel button does not concentrate its heat to the inner cut side of a bagel as one might expect. It just adds more time to account for the density of the bagel.For the price point, it does what I bought it to do, make toast with consistent browning on both sides.

The toaster works great on bread, bagels and English muffins. The only issue that I have with it is how extremely stiff the power cord is. I’m afraid that if I try to straighten it out it will break.
