Love the looks of this toaster. I had to retire my 50+ yr. old chrome one and this is close to the same look. Makes great toast, but on regular sized bread it takes a lot longer than I’m used to.

The toaster must be set to the highest setting to get a medium toast.

I have to turn the setting up to seven I think it is, in order to get medium brown toast. I don’t see a difference between the bagel setting or any other setting.

Toaster works fine. What I don’t understand is why the power cord comes out from the bottom front than from the bottom back. Inconvenient. We don’t keep it on the counter; so everytime we take it out we have to reset the darkness knob because it is loose and does not maintain the setting.

The toaster works. However the black dial and numbers are hard to see. The lettering on the various buttons (bagel..reheat..defrost) very hard to see.
