Some of the coils do not light as being hot and the bread and muffins do not toast equally. Our last Cuisinart toaster was the same way which is why we bought a new one. Maybe a different brand would have been a better to this issue.

Cord is way too short. Caused a major problem for me.

I have had my toaster for a month or so and it has been really great. The style fits right in with all of our other kitchen appliances both large and small. I have used it for bagels and toast. With both, we have achieved great results with the easy to adjust dial. I was concerned about the level of browning on the toast and so far have seen that it is even. The cancel function also works well but it is still early in the lifecycle so I really hope that the elements to toast and cancel function work for a long time as those have been two functions that failed in the past on different brands. I wouldn’t hesitate again to get another one so you shouldn’t either! Go get one for yourself and check it out.

Works well. I had a very similar model that lasted for over 15 years. This one seems a little cheaper made and lighter duty. So far however seems good.

We love our new Cuisinart toaster! Our old 4-slice toaster was very erratic, sometimes burning the bread slices and the next time barely warming them. Unlike our old toaster, this one even feels well made. In comparison, our old toaster was very lightweight–this toaster is sturdy…it has some “heft” to it. Most importantly, it toasts bread, bagels, etc. beautifully and uniformly.

Love my new four slice toaster, it has accurate settings and the automatic pop up is great for the kids, so they know when it’s done!

It’s a good toaster. What else can I say? It has a bagel setting, it’s well built. It’s priced right

So far so good. Have only had it since Xmas. Love the 4 slice, pretty to look at, and no problems yet.

So far so good with my new 4 slice metal classic toaster! I’m still getting used to the correct temperature settings because I use lots of different kinds of bread but always use toasted bread. It’s easy to push down the knobs, and easy to set the different settings ie: bagels, reheat, defrost, etc.

Great toaster, fits all the things I have tried to toast and the adjustments are sensitive so you can make small changes. Overall very happy with this toaster.

knobs are too loose and won’t stay exactly where you select toast color.one side will be a LOT lighter than the other. This toaster overall seem cheaper made than our previous one yet cost more.

I love the option of toasting four pieces at once with each side with their own options for regular toast and bagels.

Great toaster! I like that you can adjust the settings for how long the bread is in there. It is also helpful to have the lift option to get the toast out so you don’t burn your fingers. I also like that it’s more compact than my old toaster and takes up less space.

Very overpriced for the quality. Not what I expected from Cuisinart. Have to push lever down multiple times. Pops up early. Toasts only on highest setting. Once it’s used a few times consecutively, its too hot so need to lower the setting. Hard to get toasted items out. 1st pop up toaster in 25 years. Wish i stuck with toaster oven.

The toaster is awesome, allows us to toast 4 breads at the same time, have the option to toast as Bagel for regular bread to get a nice toast. They originally gave this toaster to us when we got married and when the old one got messed up my wife search for the same model. Excellent quality, for it to last 16 years.

Great toaster. Took a few pieces of toast to figure out what the perfect setting was. Toast pops up nicely when done. Would recommend.

I do not get a solid feeling when push the lever down to start the toaster, the bread does not pop up very high.

I am sorry to say that it is actually not as sturdy as we had anticipated. The levers are a bit hard to push down and feel a little cheap in manufacturing. Having said that. The toast is even and toasts quickly. You don’t want it past level 3 or 4 though.
