This is the best toaster I have owned. Long deep slots for artisan breads, a bagel button which also works very nicely for browning up hamburger buns. I have used the warm feature a few times to warm up toast that I had forgotten about and it’s a great feature. I definingly recommend this toaster.

This toaster is exactly what I was wanting.. you see I had this toaster (older model) back in the year 2000 .. and it lasted me until 2016. I purchased one in 2016 but it was not working properly.. so I returned it and purchased a Krups toaster.. that sufficed for a bit but it was not the same as the one I really wanted which is this “the Bakery” Artisan Bread 2 slice toaster.It holds 4 reg. slices of bread/bagels.. and Artisan bread (which I just LOVE ) It works like my original Cuisinart toaster from year 2000 . I could not be more pleased !!! Thank You so much for making this toaster!!

It’s pretty good. My only complaints are that it will burn you if you touch the side, the slider takes a lot of force to start it or it will just slide back up, and it sadly does not fit four slices of my favorite bread. Heads up, it is a lot longer than it looks in the picture.

This would be a 4 or 5- star toaster by its design, but it is handicapped by its 1-star heating elements, which are very inconsistent within each element and between elements. The result is toast that varies in toastedness top to bottom, left to right, and between its two long slots.

Love this toaster! I has another brand that cost 3 times as much as this one but it started toasting unevenly after only 2 months. The toast slots are wide and super long so no problems with artisan breads fitting.
