Finding that the toaster isn’t toasting evenly. It toasts the top of the bread faster than the bottom. Also, the slots are not really designed for bagels even though it says it is. Too narrow. Almost double the price of what I could have bought at the big box stores. Never buying another appliance online if I can help it.
