Attractive but toasting seems uneven from top to bottom. The display allows very precise darkness preference. The lever raises the toast out if the toaster higher than my previous toaster making it easier to get out.

The toaster does a nice job toasting bread and especially English muffins. We like the way it toasts breads evenly. We have used to bagel setting to toast one side for burger buns too. The lowest setting is perfect for that.

Great looking addition to my kitchen counter. It does a great job with any slice of bread or bagel and the browning options are terrific. Only problem is that it tends to drop crumbs out the bottom onto the counter. Not sure why but it seems to be a design issue that should be addressed in future updates.

This is a really nice toaster. It toasts bread/bagels/muffins nicely and quite fast. I love the count down timer and lit setting; both easy to see. Must haves for me include a removable crumb tray and a high lift lever which this toaster has. 2 negatives: Only full number settings – 3-1/2 is the perfect setting for my family. As other people have said, this toaster has a high frequency noise when plugged in. Very irritating when standing near the toaster. If there were no negatives, this would be a five star purchase. I would still highly recommend.

This is a very good-looking toaster that works well. Sometimes, though, when an individual slice is toasted, one side toasts a bit more than the other. This is hardly a major problem & I am generally very satisfied with its performance. Stores easily too as it is not very wide.

This toaster is very well-designed, hi quality. The only tip I have is I started out with the toaster level of 4 but I really needed to put it on six or seven otherwise you have to toast twice…. other than that an excellent toaster

This is my second purchase of this model toaster. Love the timer feature. The first one only lasted five years of moderate use. For unknown reasons it was not toasting evenly. There are cheaper and more expensive toasters but this one is right for my use.

I love this toaster. It toasts bagels perfectly. Sometimes I just want a light toast on them and changing the numbers does them perfectly. Once you know what settings you want you will have perfect waffles, toast, bagels and anything else you put in a toaster
