We’ve only had the toaster about one month. Overall v.good. My only comment has to do with when it’s in “Bagel” mode. It does not toast the interior faces of the bagel sufficiently, even when turned up to max level. At levels 6-7 it only gets warm to hot, never toasted. I always have to add additional time to get it done to my liking.

What can you say about a toaster, but this is the best one I have ever owned. I like the digital scale that shows the “time” to complete the toasting. This is wonderful when you want to toast a pastry for 1 and 1/2 cycles.

This toaster work better than most toasters that I have tried. I had to try several different setting to get the toaster to toast bread evenly on both sides at the same time, but never could achieve even toasting. I still still have to rotate sliced bread both horizontally and vertically if I want nicely evenly toasted bread on both sides

I did LOTS of research before deciding on a new toaster! This one is great! The “bagel” button is terrific! Being able to quickly adjust the toasting level is great, too. Yes, there’s a little beep as the toaster finishes, but it’s not annoying or persistent. I’m glad to have found a toaster that looks good & performs well!

It’s so much better than my old Walmart toaster. I took one star off because the locking mechanism at the bottom of the lever is a little funky. I love the digital display and options not normally on a toaster (reheat and defrost).
