I have been using this toaster for a a few weeks now and really appreciate the smooth automatic lowering and raising function. Toasts well, of course. Also, the one-sided option for toasting bagels is great. A minor suggestion for improvement would be for a standby mode so you don’t have to unplug after every use, which causes it to “forget” the browness setting and return to the default.

It is an awesome toaster. Happy with my purchase. Only thing when I order it the first time it didn’t come well packed so when I received the toaster it had a dent.
