The toaster and all of its features works fine, however it does not toast the bread evenly on both sides. One side is always toasted more than the other regardless on what setting you choose

Really love this toaster! The auto lift mechanism reminds me of the one that we had many years ago. The fact that you can reheat your toast and that the unit is so quiet is great. I saw many reviews where individuals complained about the unit heating on one side and not on the other; I believe their units were set for bagels. Bought a nice cover for the toaster and am very happy.

I am pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoy this toaster. The only cons I has discovered is when you are going to toast a bagel or thicker slice of bread and need to push/guide it down into where the heating elements are. When toasting a bagel, I think that pressing the Bagel button should somehow extend the time for the toasting action, so that the bagel gets crispier throughout, rather than just the inside portion of the bagel. The alert that your toast is finished could have been a bit louder, also. That said, I have found it very very nice to have 7 different degrees of toasting, from light to dark. I Love the ability to see the progress bars as they count down the time until completion. This is very helpful when trying to manage all the other activities in getting breakfast ready.

Easy to use and very reliable. Wish the toasting timing went up past “7” as we find that for larger English muffins and the like we need to run them through once on a “7” and then again immediately after on a “3” or “4” setting to get them properly crisped. But, overall, we’re happy with our choice of this toaster.

This 4-slice toaster caught my eye on the Walmart.com website since it had a special bagel toasting feature in addition to the slice elevator and digital toast setting. You can also use the bagel toasting setting for English muffins to get the inner bread toasted without burning the exterior. It’s easy to use and makes any food preparation less of a chore.

Toaster that doesn’t quite delivery the needed results. Highest toast level is 7 but this doesn’t toast fully if you like a fully toasted product. I am one of those who likes a toasted piece of bread and find I have to toast 2x (#3 or #4 the second time). Not certain who tested this product but it underdelivers for all types of toasters. Still delivers a result but having to toast 2x to get my desired results isn’t the best desired result. Why not have the toast run longer to #8, #9 or #10 to do this?

It’s a good toaster but the normal setting of 4 is too light so I have to adjust every time. I like having the ability to toast 4 slices at once but wish it fit longer bread.

Love the look and the feel of this toaster. I leave it out, no need to hide it after each use! It is clean, neat and does a great job. It tells you where it is in the toasting process, so in case you have to put something down a second time, you can know that it is half way done or more or less.
