This is a solid toaster compact but long enough to handle the wide sliced loaves. It is also deep enough to cover well as well as keep heat inside and the lift has plenty of travel to push the finished goods all the way out. Nice dial setting and sleek look.

I am very happy with my Cuisinart two slice Toaster! It toasts slices of bread to perfection…..toasty on the outside and soft on the inside…..to any degree of color you desire. It also toasted my English Muffins to my liking also……toasty on the cut side without browning too much on the outside. I haven’t tried bagels yet but I would imagine they will toast well too! I would definitely recommend this toaster!

I’m very pleased! I read some reviews that were ‘mixed’ but I have to say that having had this now for nearly 2 months, I’m very happy. It does a beautiful job on my (Aldi) English muffins! For bagels, we prefer ‘both’ sides toasted so we also use the Eng muffin setting for that. Recommended!

Seems really durable so far, and the look is really nice. We particularly like the defrost setting, which our previous toasters haven’t had, but it works surprisingly well. Nice wide slots allow for even those pieces of frozen bread that got a bit misshapen in the freezer, haha. We consider this a really good purchase, and recommend it.

I like this toaster very much, my only wish is that the slots were a little wider for bagels. Sometimes it is hard to cut a bagel evenly, so one side is thicker than the other, the wider side will not fit in the toaster.
