Very easy to use and clean. So far I’ve just used Jasmine rice and it has come out every time. The only down side is that I’ve noticed a little bit of browning of the rice on the bottom of the container about the size of a quarter.

This is our first rice cooker and it does a great job. Perfect rice. It is important not to take advantage of the “warm” mode for an extended period of time as the bottom layer of rice will continue to over cook and turn brown. This might be the case with all rice cookers. The cooker only takes a small area of space if you intend to let it sit on the counter for easy accessibility. The only problem with cleaning is the inside rim of the lid which either requires soaking the lid or using a small semi rigid brush, like a toothbrush in order to clean this groove. Maybe the lid will be redesigned.
