I think the size is excellent. The 1st time I cooked rice in it It bubbled over and was a little messy. The 2nd time used it i used the exact measurements. That made a wold of difference. It didn’t boil over. Over all i say it’s a pretty good rice cooker.

Making rice is very easy with the Cuisinart rice cooker. I just add the recommended measuring cup of brown rice and 1 and 3/4 cups water, push the switch and come back in about a half hour to perfectly cooked rice. The cooker keeps it warm until the unit is unplugged.

My beautiful wife gave me this for Christmas. I cook several home shipped meals monthly that sometimes include rice. This rice cooker is faster and easier than a pot on the stove. However I also found that it cooks my morning oatmeal to perfection. I would like to see a clip on handle for the hot pot. Any other way of pulling out the pot ends up getting in the food.

Simple rice cooker that delivers. Have made white, brown Jasmin, fried rice and risotto…all turned out perfect! Small batches are no problem. I have made as little as 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice. When finished cooking will automatically turn to warm. No splatting over if you rinse your rice before cooking or if you choose not to rinse just use the steamer basket. Golden!
