I love the blender and didn’t even think about the fact that it is metal. It is a great blender (so far) but when I was washing the pan, I realized that it had scratched up the bottom of the pan. Seems like there needs to be a plastic or silicon bumper on the bottom to prevent scratches.

This model is fine—easy to clean, does the basic chopping and purée-ing. However, it has a strange safety mechanism that forces you to press two buttons simultaneously in order to get it to work. I consider this a design flaw.

I think this is a great little tool. We don’t like “lumps” in our tomato sauce, and this is the perfect tool to stick down in the jar, and in a couple seconds, Voila! all the lumps gone. Now I find more and more uses for it, the longer I own it. Great for Shakes, mixes. . lots of things.

Didn’t know what to expect when we got this hand blender, but very glad we have it now! Very convenient, powerful, and able to quickly put it to work on similar tasks we used our Nutri-bullet for (son has commandeered the bullet…he’s away at college. It is easy to clean and we can store the blender without taking up too much space.

Works fantastic. I bought it for my instant pot for making soups. I made a butternut squash soup and it turned out delicious. My only problem was it scratched the bottom of the Teflon pan. I thought I could hold it above the bottom of the pan but when i turned it on, it pulled to the side. I didnt realize it would do that, this was my first time using an immersion blender.

Our old blender stick finally broke after too many years to remember. Bought this blender stick because of the stainless steel bottom. It is so easy to clean. Just disconnect the blade section from the motor section and rinse it off. Does a great job of crushing the ice and mixing various ingredients. I know the 2-button system is a safety feature but I do find it a little awkward to have to press both buttons to get it started. STILL LOVE IT THOUGH!
