The Bake Steam function is great. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that I wish there was more information (and recipes – possibly include a separate cook book) about how to use the oven. For instance 1) does the warming function use steam; 2) if not, when should one use the Bake Steam function to warm food and at what temperature.

I love this oven! I have had a convection oven in the past but the steam option on this oven is amazing. Meats from pork chops to chicken breasts always turn out juicy and tender when cooked on the bake/steam setting. I wished I had purchased this oven years ago!

This is a great oven. The steam function is amazing. Everything cooks or reheats better with steam. However, I would strongly recommend only using distilled water in the unit.

I have not had the product long enough to give a thorough rating.The food seems very juicy and the timing in the booklet seems right on the button. When calling to get help using the steam clean, we met an uninformed rep who did not make an effort to find help for us. No am appears on the clock.

I love my Convection Steam Oven! I threw the microwave away over three years ago. Micro waves are not good for humans. Microwave dehydrates the food when the steam of this oven re-hydrates food which can make left overs seem like just cooked. This is my second one of these ovens. I have had this convection steam oven for about 2 months. As with other Cuisinart appliances, it is very well made and operates easily. There are too small drawbacks to this oven. The toasting is a little bit uneven. Things are more well done towards the back of the oven. When a cycle is done the tone signaling such is very weak. It is very hard to hear if you are not near the device. It should be louder and should repeat in Cycles

I bought this about a month ago and have used it almost every day. I like the features and options and also the fact that they are re-programmable. I would have given it five stars but for the fact that the water reservoir is difficult to clean. After washing, it needs to dry and the opening is small to allow for this. The concern is mold and bacteria.

Very easy to stream rice for two persons instead of the regular rice cooker. Easy to operate for different features. But use it in open space counter top not under cabinet. The steam will come out all directions, even under the drip pan outside the steamer will have water accumulate. Be sure to wipe it with dry towel inside and out so it won’t get rust fast.
