This is my 2nd convection/steam oven. I guess I wore the first one out after a few years. That is when its capabilities became indespenible for my kitchen.

This is the second one of these we bought. It took us several years but we managed to work the first one to death. Plus we bought a third one for our daughter. You can’t go wrong with Cuisinart. The coffee maker that grinds the beans for each pot is way cool, too.

I bought this combination convection steam oven to replace an old bread machine and a toaster. And this oven delivers. Instead of heating up my kitchen with a large oven, it’s much cooler to use in the summer months when baking. And with the settings of toast, convection bake, bake steam, broil, broil steam, steam, super steam, bread, and warm, I have all the combinations needed. And I love the ability to proof bread and steam clean the oven. I absolutely love my combo steam + convection oven and highly recommend it.

I bought this two or three months ago and it’s been a really wonderful help in my kitchen. I have a large six burner stove with an oven but I don’t bake as much or as large amounts because the kids are grown up. This works perfect for baking and broiling smaller amounts. I love custards and do bake bread also. Love my Convection Steam Oven.

I’ve owned this about a month and so far I used Convection, Steam, High Steam, Broil & Steam Clean! Mostly good results. I gave this oven 3 stars because it burns my pot pies and the water reservoir stays steamed up with condensation even after it’s completely dry and inside of oven door has condensation without using the Steam setting! I bought this oven last May 2018 and we have have been very pleased with its performance. Not only it can perform excellently in toasting, broiling, steaming and convection baking you can truly warm leftover foods without losing their original taste and freshness. The foods that we warm in microwave oven does warm them but we normally loses their moisture especially if you’re careless with cooking time. However, you don’t have to be that watchful in using this Combo Steam + Convection Oven. You get a lot of leeway and it’s a friendly-user piece of equipment. it is so versatile that we should have discovered it years ago.

I purchased this oven after seeing my sister in law use her one. I love it. The food does not dry out and it cooks so much quicker and the food tastes better. I have cooked chicken and bagels in it mostly.

It is great. If it is bigger, it can make a bigger dish to serve more people.

Have it for almost two months now, love it, the steam convection feature brings old bagels back to life! I use distilled water to keep the steam jackets from mineral buildup. You can steep herbs in the reservoir too, if you want a certain bouquet added to your recipes…..

Got this with Credit Card Awards and tho I’ve only used it for toast and re-hearing pizza thus far it’s really worked well.Looking forward to the using the baking and steam modes.

We love our convection steam toaster oven. We use it to cook all kinds of things from Salmon to roast beef to corn on the cob to sweet potatoes. It cooks fast, leaves the flavor in the food and leaves it very moist.Vegetables turn out moist and full of flavor. The good news in the summer is it doesn’t heat up the house like the conventional oven or the stove do. The unit is very well made and anticipate it lasting for a long time.

We replaced a Cuisinart toaster oven which was about 18 years old. It still worked but had seen better days. We did a lot of research on a replacement. After seeing this item, we decided to give it a try. It takes a bit to get used to the controls; however, it does not require a degree in rocket science. The toaster function (which is probably the most used) works good. You get a choice of length but it’s not a time but a numbered selection: e.g. a 1 will give you the least amount of toasting time whereas a 4 will give you a lot more. That can vary quite a bit depending on what you are toasting (and if the item is cold (kept in the refrigerator) or room temperature. It doesn’t take long to get it right. Last night we tried the steam bake function on a bone-in chicken breast. We usually grill this item but wanted to see if the steam function worked. We had no recipe as the there were no options for a single, large chicken breast. We opted for 425 degrees for 30 minutes. After that time it wasn’t quite done. We used the regular convection bake function for 10 more minutes and its came out perfect. The meat was juicy and done; the skin was crisp. We couldn’t have been happier. Next time: 450 degrees. There are many more functions on the unit we haven’t tried as of this posting, but up to now everything has worked better than we anticipated.

I am not a Cuisinart fan, but I love this toaster oven! It does a wonderful job of re-heating meals without drying them out. Not as fast as a nicrowave, but food comes out much better.

Bought this to replace my 3 year old one (similar model) after the power cord on the first one suffered a cracked insulation where it comes out of the back. We noticed that the newer model still doesn’t have any stress relief mechanism on the power cord, so are trying to come up with a solution so this cord doesn’t fail, too.
