Well worth the purchase. The sides are a nice height to use with a hand-held mixer (KitchenAid) and more vertical which means less splashing and ingredients fall into the centre of the bowl for better mixing. The rolled top edge is nice to hold on to and wet ingredients pour dripless. The lids seal nicely too. So glad to replace plastic, melmac and composite bowls with great quality stainless steel.

These are perfect! Other bowls weren’t deep enough. These keep ingredients in while mixing. They FIT inside my cabinets and can double as a double boiler. They are not flimsy. Enough heft to keep them anchored on the counter while mixing. The lip makes it easy to tilt and pour.I will be buying more of these as gifts!
