Purchased this grinder to replace a worn out Cuisinart grinder. I love the touch screen and the look and design. But it is terribly loud and it does not store or keep the amount of cups so every morning I have to set it to the amount of cups I want to grind which is the same every time. This is very annoying. Cuisinart could and should do better.

I am using this touchscreen burr grinder for a drip coffee machine. It does a fine job for that purpose. The touchscreen is user friendly and it is not as loud as my previous grinder. It is a bit messy when trying to get grinds out of the container. However, at this price, I can overlook that for an easy to use grinder that consistently produces a good pot of coffee. We also like being able to grind just enough to brew one or two cups for a travel mug.

It’s okay but hard to clean after use. It also does not cut the coffee beans too nicely. A lot of powder tends to happen and that changes the flavor of the coffee. However, the fact that you can set it to how many cups and walk away is nice.

Nice machine. It grinds just the right amount with the touch of a button. We use the 9 cup setting for our 12 cup coffee machine. So it Pre-measures what we like and is exact each time, no more measuring with scoops. My only complaint it is Loud. so if the smell of coffee doesn’t wake your spouse the rumbling grind will
