I was able to use this machine successfully one time. Then it stopped working properly. I reached out to company and they verified that it was not an issue that could be trouble shoot and fixed on my own. So they offered to replace it. I got an email stating that shopping is taking longer than expected. So now I wait…. I liked the ease of use and when it worked it worked well. But I can’t really say much more since it only worked once. I hope the next once arrives soon and I hope it works more than once. But the jury is still out.

I love how smooth and strong the coffee turns out. However it doesn’t really make the amount compared to the water I put in. I can overfill it to make close to 8-9 cups and only come out with 5ish. I’ll run a cycle and then add some more water and re cycle it to make it close to the amount I wanted. I felt like I was wasting grounds, also it is noisier than other coffee makers I’ve had.

Cuisinart always makes reliable products and this is one of them. I’ve been using it for about a month now and it makes a great cold brew. My only “dislike” is I wish the carafe was larger since I wind up drinking the 7 cups within two days and having to make more – lol! I actually run the brew cycle on “strong” a couple of times before releasing the coffee into the carafe, then add a little creamer and sometimes some flavoring syrup and it is delicious! Clean up is fairly easy and everything is dishwasher safe according to the owners manual (and I haven’t had any issues).
