It works great .The clock on it doesnt light up so its not much use except to setup a time to brew other wise you cant see what time it is unless you are real close to it , I dont use that feature but its available. Good so far i would recomend it .

Mostly all shiny black plastic, but reasonably good quality. The only product I found that had all of the features I wanted: charcoal filter, cone shaped paper filters, programmable start, and adjustable keep warm time (up to 4 hours), and 12 cups.

I do not like the way you pour in the water.It is not easy for a left-handed person to do.The water spills often.Also I do not like the top of the coffee pot, it is very hard to get of.It would be better if it swung open.
