This is a good drip coffee maker. It’s my second one. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is due to the carafe dribbling when pouring from it when it’s full. Drives me crazy. It did not dribble the first week I had it, but now is. So did my old one. A definite design flaw.

This is probably the 4th or 5th coffeemaker like this that we have had, so we like the features on the unit. The only problem is that they don’t last very long. The company does replace them during the warranty period; so this time we bought the extended warranty and we’ll see how that goes.

Mostly all shiny black plastic, but reasonably good quality. The only product I found that had all of the features I wanted: charcoal filter, cone shaped paper filters, programmable start, and adjustable keep warm time (up to 4 hours), and 12 cups.
