I do not like the way you pour in the water.It is not easy for a left-handed person to do.The water spills often.Also I do not like the top of the coffee pot, it is very hard to get of.It would be better if it swung open.

I like the reusable filter. It makes really good coffee. I hate filling the reservoir with the coffee carafe. It is difficult to fill without spilling a little. I prefer a detachable reservoir. It is quicker and no mess.

This purchase replaced a previous one of the same model that finally was wearing out after 10-15 years. It always has worked well and made good coffee. Why change something that’s working. The only reason for 4 stars is that if one isn’t careful, the carafe still has a tendency to leak when pouring from a fairly full pot. You have to remember to not try to pour too quickly. I figured after all this time, that issue would have been fixed.

We had a larger coffee pot and decided on the 12 cup for the 2 of us. Also decided on white as it sits next to our white microwave. It is a good coffee maker and we have it set to auto start every morning. Being white, I see the coffee splashes against the back of the pot after it brewed. Other than that it is very nice.

I LOVE THIS COFFEEMAKER! But I could not give it 5 stars since the carafe leaks when pouring coffee. This has been an ongoing issue so I hope it can be corrected with future models.

We’ve had this new coffeemaker for a month. It functions well and the coffee brewed is good but there are a few things about the design that I find a bit annoying.1. The space to pour water into is small, and the opened lid gets in the way when you’re getting near the end of the pour, which makes it almost impossible to get all the water out without spilling some.2. There is no 2-cup mark on the pot – there is a silver band around the pot in the spot where it would be but you can’t tell exactly where the mark is because of the thickness of the band. You can get around this by looking at the water level marks after you’ve poured it in.3. The handle of the pot is hollow, which isn’t a problem unless you put it in the dishwasher and then it fills up with water. A minor problem, I guess.4. The “done” beep feels a bit short and harsh – maybe this bothers me because it is not as long and smooth as our last coffee maker.

The carafe is impossible to pour from without dripping down the side. The plastic lid for the carafe has to be removed with every use and is very hard to snap in place. I would image the constant snapping and unsnapping drastically reduces the lifespan of the plastic lid.
